[Little children yelling loudly are not something Austria enjoys, especially when he's in the middle of practicing his piano. Naturally, he glances out the window to see who exactly is disrupting his practice and, though he can't tell why, the child looks a bit familiar.]

Have you no sense of proper etiquette? Shouting demands to no one will get you nowhere, you idiot. [He's only yelling because he is an older nation and very much used to barking orders. Really.]

[Unfortunately for Sealand, Austria does not have the highest tolerance for... well, most people, but children especially. On the bright side, he probably won't be tying Sealand to a tree or anything.]

If you did have a sense of proper etiquette, you would have known that shouting questions out to anyone that may hear them is in poor taste. Especially when said shouting interrupts others' activities.

[Raenef had managed to sneak away from Krayon for a few hours. Having found a shop that seemed to sell nothing but candy, the boy was in heaven. He was chewing on a liqurice lace when he saw someone else walking around. Chewing on the end of the lace, he tilted his head.]
