[Tsukasa is passing by, heading back toward his house with some food from a store in a bag. He wouldn't normally approach someone he doesn't know... but that wand draws his eye. And so do those markings.]

[He hears the comment about "Wave Symbols" first, but doesn't really look up at that since he doesn't think it's directed at him. He sees the feet first in his line of sight, before he looks up.]

The blue character on his forehead fades to nothing and he looks at the young man on the bench before turning away with a nod. There is little reason not to be polite.]

{What's with that blue Mark? I've never seen a rune like that before. Guy must be some kind of warlock or something to just teleport like that, though I didn't think that was possible for warlocks. Hm.}
