Alice was humming "Never Smile at a Crocodile." Ever since she had it sung in her dreams she couldn't get it out of her head. Of course, it was a very good song that was perfectly alright as far as she was concerned. She paused when she saw the boy looking around and wondered if this flux of new dreams was something common. Although... she supposed it had to be! Everyone everywhere ever had to sleep. And they likely dreamed. Which meant at any given point, people everywhere were dreaming. But Alice didn't know if this dream realm was the entire dream realm. Because the dead shouldn't have been here right? Hmm... curiouser and curiouser!

She paused at the gentleman when she heard the song. It was a very pretty song!

"Pardon me sir," she called out to him.

Kurt stopped his humming when he heard the young girl, and turned to look at her. She seemed awfully young to be out on her own, but dreams obviously didn't have to make any sense. After all, if they did then there wouldn't be a castle in the sky.

"Do you need something?"

"What is that song you were humming? It's very pretty!"

"It's called 'Somewhere Over the Rainbow'. Haven't you heard it before?" The Wizard of Oz might have been old, but he was pretty sure just about everyone knew it. And little girls loved musicals, right? He knew he always had.

Giselle was taking her usual morning stroll, and was lucky enough to meet two chipmunks she didn't know yet. Now she was sitting with them on the grass, enjoying her breakfast which included cookies and fruit. When she saw a boy she didn't knew, and he was humming!
"Oh hello there!" she called and waved, "what a lovely way to start a day with! A song!"

A princess wasn't exactly what Kurt was expecting to come across, but it could have been stranger. At least she seemed nice enough, and her clothes were amazing.

"Well, of course. It's never a bad time for a song."

"Oh I do love songs! What are you singing? Oh, maybe I could learn!" she smiled, clapping her hands excitedly.

Nakago paused when he came across the young man who was humming to himself. Another person with clothes unlike his own. Then again, he'd yet to meet anyone who wore armor like himself. It was something to be expected anymore. Still, the teen had caught his attention all the same.

Changing his expression to something more gentle, he nodded to him as he approached. His eyes lingered on him as he took in his appearance again. Such strange clothes. He would have to learn more about them.

Naoto was not particularly interested in the song itself, but it did earn Kurt a glance. Sitting on a bench near by reading a book, Naoto was actually observing the people who walked by. Something about Kurt gave the impression he was new, but she didn't want to assume. So she just quietly observed and said nothing.

Kurt continued walking past, still humming to himself and taking in the sights. It actually seemed to be a nice little village, but it was pretty different from what he was used to.

"Are you new here?"

She hadn't expected to say anything, but as he walked by she decided the least she could do would be helpful. Then again, he didn't seem as lost or as bewildered as most people just arriving were.
