Elizabeth took the card from him, slightly nervous. Without knowing why, she pulled her book from her skirt, and stuck the card into the book. Suddenly, she swayed, hit by vertigo, and fell to her knees. The world around her was melting away, and she could see another landscape taking its place.

Maglor paused, watching her with some wariness as she fell to her knees. That had not been what he had expected when he had given her the card. But nothing changed in his expression aside from that added wariness, and he looked down at her.

"Are you well?" he finally asked, voice quiet.
