[Gareki manages to catch sight of that red glow, but he sees it as something else entirely. As far as he's concerned, he's wandering about the Circus airship and that glow is coming from one of the Circus's handy robotic sheep.

... huh. New feature. It was odd that he couldn't manage to find any of the Circus staff around. Maybe that sheep could tell him something about it. Time to investigate. /o/]

[... no response. She grimaces, sheathing her scroll. Signs of life thus far -- none. It's not a good sign, to be sure. But she's not about to raise her voice, for just because there aren't any signs of life, doesn't mean that there aren't any at all. Life, that is. As far as she's concerned, monsters were like cockroaches in the sense that they could survive through anything.

Even the end of the world.

Flares might scare them off, but a voice would just be asking for trouble. She turns, marches down the devastated corridors, when suddenly, there is movement to her right. She stops, suddenly, when something cloaked and musty comes staggering out--

Her scroll is immediately out and drawn, arms placed in a defensive position.]

Don't come any closer!

[That... was a bit odd coming from a sheep. And was it him, or did they get a little taller? Circus could at least have given it a new form, like a bear or something. Either way, that didn't sound like one of the programmed responses. So now Gareki'll be scratching his head for a moment before sighing and approaching. He'd better take it to one of the Circus mechanics. Or maybe take a look at it himself.]

We don't need another fiasco with one of you malfunctioning again.

[... it's. Coming closer. And the words-]

[It's post-apocalypse, and Rita is not pleased. There is a lull in which she pauses, as though unsure of her next manner of action, when the image of Gareki before her seems to twist in upon itself. And in its place, armor. Cape. Knight.

And suddenly, this spurs her into action. The scroll whirls, and suddenly, three icicles appear in thin air and launch themselves at him.

Aaaand so it begins.]

Anyhow, walk walk walk--Rita spotted! Senri'll be heading over to her now, completely unaware that something is wrong. Completely unaware that anything is wrong in Somarium, actually.]

[You realize that there'll be hell to pay if Rita ever finds out Boris shot her Senri, right? B|

The sudden appearance of, well, life, startles the heck out of her. Her scroll is immediately out, and she brandishes it like a shield.]

[When she regained consciousness, she was in the coliseum (aka the mansion she shares with Edward), holding on to the apatheia (but really just a pillow) that used to be Belius. Looking around her, she was surprised to see how their fight had destroyed the Coliseum. But when she had walked out to the city, she had found it empty. The houses were partially burned, rocks were lying everywhere. It was as if a war had taken place in the city. Confused, afraid, Estelle walks around, searching for her friends. They have to be here still, right? Clutching to the apatheia, she yells out their name]

Yuri? Rita? Karol? Judith? Repede? Mr. Raven? Where are you?

[A sudden head of pink catches her attention. Advancing cautiously, she crests the next bend, when-]

Estelle!

[Oh, thank the- It's Estelle. Estelle. She's safe. She has absolutely no clue as to why she's clutching a pillow around like it's essential to anything, but she's safe, and that's all that matters. She rushes forward, as though to meet her, when--]

... Schwann-

[... aslkfdjas She immediately places herself between Estelle and the incoming danger, that glyph already glowing. A shout-]

Estelle, stay back! It's dangerous here!

[Flynn looks around as he walks, wondering just what is wrong with everyone. He notices a few familiar faces. Raven is there...Lady Estellise is somehow clutching a pillow like a lifeline...and Rita....

His eyes widen when he sees that she's prepping for a spell.]

RITA! NO!

[The Commandant rushes over, standing in front of Raven. He isn't about to let her hurt him.]

Rita! What in the world are you doing?!

[Well, look at that. Any activity is better than none at all. Over the destroyed buildings and corpses he goes, towards that light.

If it's a survivor, he can at least save someone. If it's an enemy, he'll just have to beat it. At least he can be certain about that.]

[The appearance of life shocks the hell out of her. Standing her ground, she brandishes her scroll like a shield, and snarls -- because in her mind, nothing but monsters and cockroaches could have survived the Adephagos, and anyone else who happened to be walking around either had to have the same consistency as one, or had something seriously wrong with them-]

... and just who the hell are you?

[Yoshimori hoped down to the ground. Before replying, he stared at her uniform a bit. The Urukai? He can't be too careful unless he's sure that she was under his brother's unit.]
