[Yoh is waiting for her down the street. He's hidden behind a building, every once and awhile glancing at his watch. What the hell is taking her so long? After monitoring her for two weeks, he's pretty confident that he has her library schedule down. So why is she still in there shoving her nose in books and being a pain in his ass?

He asked Senji to come out and hide while he steals Hermione's wand. Not that he wants the darn thing. He just expects an apology and he knows he won't be getting one with her waving that stupid stick around.

When she's close enough, he steps from around the building, hands in his pocket, whistling loud enough for her to hear. He keeps his eyes on the ground to, at least, give her the impression that he hasn't seen her.

He would like to carry this out smoothly, without a need for Senji, but if she does attack him, at least he has back up ready and willing to spill blood.]

[Hearing the whistling, she comes to a sudden stop, her eyes searching the surrounding area for the source of the noise. She instantly spots Yoh and takes out her wand, continuing to clutch her books in her left arm. Her hand shaking slightly, she points it straight at him.]

Don't think I'm oblivious to the kind of game you're playing, Yoh Takami.

[He looks up with genuine surprise in his eyes and then sighs.]

Of course. I just haaaad to run into the person I least wanted to see at the moment.

[Sucking air in through his teeth, he puts his hands in his pockets.] Put that ridiculous thing away. Do I really look like I care enough about you or your pathetic existence to attack you?
