Minatsuki was standing near the skyscraper, staring across the street at a hotel. She was freezing- her thin summer dress wasn't nearly enough protection in this cold. She had done a lot of thinking. She'd woken up here and found her prisoners' collar gone. She was no longer in Deadman Wonderland, she knew that much. The best guess she could make was that her brother, Yoh, had managed to earn enough points to free her. But... Something seemed so wrong about it. Something was off.

She heard a voice calling, though, and snapped her head up, responding in the cutest voice she could manage. "Here...!" The man she'd talked to on the Dreamberry had seemed quite kind. She had no reason to want to harm him- she genuinely just wanted somebody to come and fetch her.

He was quite relieved to hear the girl call back; it meant he was in the right spot. He couldn't help but feel a sense of accomplishment in himself now; being in this place just a handful of weeks and he was already getting a decent mental layout for the city. He quickened his pace through the snow and towards her.

"Hello there, I'm Klavier," he said as he drew nearer to the girl. "Ah, you look like you're pretty chilly, ja? Here," he said, taking off his suit jacket and handing it to her.

"This should warm you up a little; it's only a short walk back to the court house -- that's where I'm living."

Minatsuki's eyes widened slightly when she saw the tall man. He was quite handsome. She'd definitely snagged a good one, there. ♥ Her face melted over with mushy goo and she spoke in a syrupy, blushing way, slipping her arms through the sleeves of his blazer.

"You're so kind to a stranger like me...! It's so wonderful of you..."

Klavier let out a small laugh, shaking his head. "I'm cute to all the pretty girls I meet," he teased, giving her a wink. "I kid; I just like to help people out -- I was new here once too... Wherever 'here' really is," he said with a shrug. "I still haven't really figured that out!"

He motioned for her to follow him. "Come on, this way," he said, smiling brightly. He offered his arm to her; he'd already offered her his jacket, might as well be a gentleman.
