AS soon as the storm stopped, she was relieved for it, but the next thing that came her way was the massive amounts of monsters that she had seen down the broken windows of their tattered apartment. Now, there had to be a lot of work done later. Jade had been unmoving as ever, and she trusted Dist enough to protect Jade, and she had no idea when Guy was going to wake up either.
Tear was finishing up preparing some more items for their stay, but during that time some of the monsters got through from the shattered windows, and she was keeping them at bay for the time being. There was just too much to handle. outside of the living room. She couldn't check on the other three people at the moment. Though when she heard a voice. It wasn't Dist, she could tell that much. Then Guy must be awake now? She made her way towards it.
All she could really do was slowly back up as she fought, towards the opened rooms.
Tear jumped back, skidding across the wooden floors of the apartment back a few feet as she chanted a Fonic Arte to send the monsters flying the other way.
"Guy?!" she was certain it was Guy's voice this time.
"They are not brought by anyone. In case you haven't noticed, Dist, The Reaper, the barrier keeping those monsters out dissipated. I suppose you didn't look out your window for the monsters did you?" she pointed towards the window of the room. The cracked foundation was enough to tell Dist that, it was a matter of time before the creatures made it in there as well.
Tear did recall the not so very nice confrontation with Dist, and Guy. Of course, she doubted that Guy would do anything right now. She was certain the safety of all of them were more important. That and Jade was also a problem. She knew even without Guy telling her that it would be difficult to move Jade. Though, Emperor Peony and she had carried Guy back here, then she assumed it would take Dist and Guy to take Jade along while she defended them. AT least until they found a safe sanctuary.
"Kaiser Dist?" she wasn't aware that machine was still out there. That machine could assist them, "Yes, I suppose not. Though, it would be wise for us to stick together for now,
( ... )
Dist twitched, both at the title and at the implication that he couldn't look out a window. "I know perfectly well about all of that! I'm merely pointing out that the monsters had been avoiding this area until you showed up! If they come this way now, it's only because you lead them here! Had you stayed away, they would never have known that Jade and I were in this room!"
...Probably.
The fontechnician moved his arms in a wide gesture. "Now where are we supposed to hide?!"
Tear merely looked at Dist. Of course, she wasn't implying anything. She was merely stating sooner or later they'd be overrunning with these monsters, either way.
"Yes, for how long, I wonder," she mused briefly. She looked out the window. They were closing in.
"I'm not certain. There has been no implications of safe places. It seemed wherever anyone is, there are monsters. I suppose, we should get to one of the locations that were presumed safe during the sand storm, such as the Courthouse, or that shop" Tear suggested.
She was uncertain herself. Though it would be better if there were more people. They could take care of the monsters easily.
