Guy stepped out of the loft and leaned against the landing's railing.

"Hey Danny. You wanna work out first, or talk a little first?" Guy guessed there was probably more than working out to Danny's visit.

"Uh, work-out first, please," Danny says, silently adding a 'talk never' after that. He's in no mood to talk--he's too upset, and after a day like this he wouldn't put it past karma to make him slip up and say something important by accident.

"I, uh, left my sword back at the Church," he adds apologetically, glancing down at his empty hands. "Do you know any hand-to-hand stuff?"

Guy smiled knowingly. "I'll be down in a couple minutes. Why don't you get started with some stretches?" Guy slipped from the railing back into the loft to change into something more appropriate for working out.

"Okay." Pulling on a quick smile in return, he walks to the bench and sits down just long enough to take his shoes off. Once that's done he's back up and pacing a little, before settling into some basic stretches.

He's no good at exercise in human form. His skinny, un-honed build makes no secret of this, and if he isn't watched he isn't likely to stick with anything besides what ghost hunting calls for. Now, though, he pushes himself as far as he can stretch, plowing through each muscle group to ready himself for a fight. No, for a spar. It doesn't matter what they call it--he just wants to vent.
