Who: Guy, Dist, and whomever decides to get themselves involved Where: Dist's laboratory, and on the way from Guy's dojo to it. Style: Third Status: Open
This was starting to scare him... He had been just coming back into the Dojo when Guy had suddenly stormed out. He would have understood if Guy was just slightly annoyed but...
That look on his face... He hadn't seen it since he was under the influence of the Curse Slot. That was TERRIFYING. Luke started to follow after him, feeling worried.
"I'm going to kill him," Guy stated coldly, gripping his sheathed sword tightly in his left hand. If Luke followed him, fine. If not, it wouldn't matter to Guy.
"HUH?!" Ok, that did NOT sound good! By the time Luke got over his shock, Guy was a good long way ahead of him.
"Guy, seriously! What's wrong?" Luke called after him. He started to follow him, not fully expecting him to answer, but getting the feeling that it really wouldn't be a good idea to leave him alone right now, no matter who he was mad at.
Meanwhile, Dist was wholly oblivious to the impending doom coming his way. In fact, he's feeling particularly good about himself. He managed to not only publicly mock Jade but hang up on him - twice! Clearly, this was a great victory for the fontechnician, putting him in quite the good mood as he worked

Since their partnership was dissolved, Jade rarely went out of his way to see Dist. Whenever they encountered one another things somehow seemed to get rather childish. However, a certain video broadcast served to give Jade ample reason to visit his former partner in crimes against humanity

Dist nearly jumped out of his skin, letting out an undignified shriek before he whipped around to stare at the fonist with wide eyes. He blinked and stared at Jade for a moment before it fully registered what he was seeing, and he was immediately flooded with both panic and outrage.
This was not good, not good at all! There was no way Jade could have missed the partially-formed Kaiser Dist behind him!
"N-no fair! No fair, no fair, no fair!" Dist snapped as he pointed accusingly at Jade. "You can't... you can't just come after someone who has hung up on you! That's cheating!"
"Oh?" Jade asked with feigned surprise that was ruined by his smile and tone. "Does that mean that you aren't happy to see your future friend?" He wasn't about to let Dist forget about that particular lie. If his hypothesis was correct, Dist was from a time period very close to his own.
Truth be told, there wasn't exactly many places Dist could go within the laboratory to escape - it was, after all, a small building. In the end, he simply headed to a storage facility at the back of the building, where he was storing his scavenged parts. Without a steady supply of fresh parts, Dist had no choice but to 'borrow' anything mechanical that he could find. With so many abandoned buildings and equipment around, it wasn't technically stealing - it was more like making use of salvage rights.
Mechanical parts were piled up in the rooms, mostly by category around the walls while the monstrous center pile was a wide assortment of them. Little robots were busy running around the room, grabbing bits and pieces of technology before dragging them to their designated pile. The robots didn't even look up at Dist, focused intently on their jobs. They didn't even seem the least bit concerned that their creator had nearly been killed a few moments before.

Given the size of Dist's laboratory, it didn't take Jade very long to find him. Briefly the Colonel examined their surroundings, the piles of parts and small robots doing manual labor. It wasn't surprising or important, so he simply tucked this information away for later. He instead focused on Dist and locked the door behind him.
"I hope I'm not disturbing you," Jade said in a tone that was anything but sincere.
Dist jumped and whirled to stare at Jade, his eyes widening. "W-wh-! What do you want now?!" The fontechnician turned to glare at Jade as he backed away slowly. "Haven't you done enough?!"
Jade eliminated the distance between him and Dist with a few quick strides. Abruptly he grabbed the shorter man by the frill collar and tugged Dist closer so that they were eye to eye. "Not at all," the Colonel replied. His smile and voice were equally insincere with their cheer. "In fact I don't think I've done nearly enough."
