While I was taking a look at the surrounding area I happened to catch a glimpse of something in the opposite direction to the city. It was barely visible but i'm fairly certain it was a large body of water.

My homeland isn't located near the coast if that's what you meant, but I have visited many countries located near the ocean.

It's beautiful, isn't it? I hope what you saw was the ocean for I would dearly like to see it again.

My home country is an island nation called Japan, but Cephiro was another nation I visited for a time and its ocean was the most beautiful I have ever seen.
