[Neji stood in the middle of the place he awoke in, awaiting for Kakashi's arrival. He had nothing else to do, anyway, so this was his only choice of action.]

*It wouldn't be long before Neji would be able to sense Kakashi's familiar chakra. Soon, the jounin closes the distance between them, having taken to the trees and rooftops for faster travel. He lands softly, a few feet behind Neji.*

[Neji's head turned towards Kakashi, just before his whole body followed suit. He nodded to the fellow jounin, before beginning to examine his surroundings a bit more while starting a small conversation.]

How long have you been here?

Only a day or two... but time works differently here. *He says quietly, letting his shoulders fall into the typical slouch that defined him as he tucks his fingers into the pockets of his vest.*

I see... [He was confused, and it may be apparent to Kakashi. Either way, multiple thoughts are crossing Neji's mind at that moment, and all of them didn't seem possible. He became lost in his own thoughts for a bit.]
