Been there, done that. Which is why Alice isn't too surprised to find herself in yet another dreamworld she's been forced to inhabit.

[Nokoru supposed he could be doing more important things right now. Like finding a place to live, or enrolling in school...perhaps even find out more about Somarium.

But he couldn't pass up trying the cafe's new tea flavor. He was sipping at his unique brew, when he spots Alice sitting alone. He walks over to her table bring his cup.]

Excuse me, Miss, but do you mind if I sit here?

[Alice stares at him for a long moment... before shaking her head.]

No, I don't mind.

[Something is differen't... this boy, he has a face! It's caught her off guard to see a new face. Something she would need to get used to again. She had been in Heartland for so long and gotten used to the fact that many had no faces by which to tell them apart, aside from those select important few in Heartland who did...]

I'm not expecting anyone, so please feel free to sit here if you'd like.

Thank you, and of course I would want to sit with a charming girl like yourself. I'm surprised that you're sitting here alone.

[Nokoru sits in the opposite chair from Alice, setting his teacup and saucer on the table. His blue eyes giving the older girl eye contact, and a good natured smile not leaving his lips.]

So how long have you been here? I'm still getting used to everything here, but it's not too different from back home.

[Just going to sip her tea now, giving herself something to distract from over thinking about his compliment.]

I'm not quite sure how long, I think I've only just arrived.

[Nokoru continues to smile, but his blue eyes brigtens hearing that she was fairly new herself.]

Really? I've only been here a few days, so I'm sort of a new arrival as well. So how are you getting along?

I still haven't found a place to live, or enrolled in school. I should get to it, but today is such a nice day. And the cafe had a tempting offer. Plus, I get to sit and talk to you, so procrastinating has been worth it.

[She has to think about it for a moment.]

I've only been here for a day at most, but to be honest I'm quite used to this sort of thing.

[That is, familiar with arriving in strange worlds made of dreams, to be exact.]

Those are things that shouldn't be put off for too long a time though, right? Important things... like those.

Used to it? Does that mean you travel a lot? Then you should be able to adapt pretty well.

[A light chuckle.] They are important, but I'm the type of person who waits to the last minute. It's a terrible habit,but I can't seem to break out of it. But that's only with things dealing with myself, if it has something to do with someone else, I'll do it right away.

Hmm, you should try applying the urgency you use with others to yourself as well. After all, if you don't take care of yourself how can you expect to take care of others?

That's why I will get all those things done once I finish enjoying this tea with you. It's the only leisure I will give myself today, so I want to enjoy it.
