How unfortunate. Seishirou doesn't have that problem.
She's fast, and skilled, there's no doubt about that--but so is he. By the time she's gotten to him, he's quite simply not there anymore, having dissolved into a flurry of sakura petals. He reappears in the same way ten feet or so behind her, tucking his sunglasses into the breast pocket of his coat. His lips turn up in a small smile, and when he merely stands there, making no move to attack in return, it's obvious that he's mocking her.
It becomes painfully obvious when he actually speaks.

... But frustration was practically bursting inside of her. This conversation was going nowhere. And he has spent a majority of it simply mocking her.
She resists the urge to press her fingers against the bridge of her nose. "I think our conversation is done here."

...but he is toying with her, yes. It's just so much fun.
"So soon?" The man questions with some disappointment. "And just when we were beginning to get to know one another."

At the thought of Sorata, her stomach twists. She needs to get back home, to make sure that he is okay. After all, he is lying in that hospital bed because of her. She clenches her free hand into a tight fist.
"I don't have time for this." For a moment, her facade falters, and an uncharacteristically frustrated tone surfaces.

She's riled up enough already--her fingers rolling into a fist would have given that away, even if she hadn't sounded so flustered--but he simply can't resist going a step further. In contrast, it seems that nothing can get under his skin, or serve to derail his false kindness.

She takes a cautious step back. Should she fight him...? She doubts she could defeat him on her own; hold up against him, maybe, but not defeat. There's also the minor detail of him being dead. She isn't sure what to make of this, or how it would affect battle.
She also needs to find Sorata. That is priority number one. For now... "next time we cross paths, it will not be as pleasant." Not that this time had been all that pleasant on Arashi's end.
With that, she turns and walks away, keeping a steady hand on her sword, just in case.
