This is an absolute outrage! I am angered! This is not my beautiful home, and it is cold! Look, I am shivering!
Aaah, mon ami, surely you know what is going on here, certainly.
[ wait. no. No. He waves his hand about, making a face. This is Poland we're talking about here. ]

But you look seriously cold. The snow sucks, right?

Sir, may I be of some assistance to you?

Nevertheless, he rushes over, if not a bit melodramatically. ]
Monseiur, I think I have been kidnapped! You see, ah, I do not belong here! Oui, c'est vrai! This isn't Paris; I do not recall coming here.
If you could show me to the nearest train station or airport, oui, d'accord, c'est bon! It would be much appreciated!

Sir, this is a world of dreams we are in named Somarium. That is why you're no longer at home or in Paris at all, we've been brought here by the gods of this world for some unknown reason. Though if I may ask one question, what is an airport?

the gods...
[ He's a bit confused. Well, a lot confused. Have him slowly processing information here. ]

Excuse me sir!
[He curses under his breath quietly and tries to remember his French, he's incredibly rusty. So his next words are halting as he searches for the correct translation.]
This isn't a joke. Just please calm yourself and put this on, it'll help keep you warm at least.
[ooc: If you don't mind, could you quickly fill this out for me?]

The.. obviously rusty French gets his attention, and France visibly grimaces. He was sort of particular with who and what spoke his language, but in the long run, he preferred to speak in it than English... unless the other speaker was just intolerable. He'll say nothing for now, but don't mind him if he fusses about it later.
Before Charles can even hand over his jacket, France is reaching over and taking it from him since he knows it is for him, and bundles up in it. ]
Aaah, thank you, sir! It is cold; too cold! I must be in some place in Russia, it is so cold!
[ He hugs the jacket around him even more, shuddering, then pins his brows together. ]
I do not like this, or where I am, and I would like to go home, eughh, as soon as possible, please! Now, if you could just locate me to the nearest airport, that would be wonderful!

[He initially blinks blankly when jacket is taken off him just like that. But he's spent enough time in high society to be able to recover quickly and smoothly.
Charles does put in the initial effort of trying to understand France, but he quickly gives up and uses a trick he'd learnt early on. A quick touch of his fingers to his temple and then he knew exactly what France was saying. His French also clearly improved since he was borrowing France's knowledge although he's pronunciation still isn't perfect.]
I'm afraid that just isn't possible even if there was an airport here.

No, no. Euuughhh. You don't understand. I need to get back to Paris as soon as possible! I have a European Union to attend to; a life back there! Surely there is a way of transport out of here, yeah?

Papa! [Along with his excitable tone, came a wave that matched it.]

He isn't sure how to react at first, expression blank... ]

Mon Canada! Aah, ah, I have never been so happy to see you, mon petit chou!
[ He backs up a bit so he an make eye contact with Canada, absolutely beaming. True enough, he sort of had some poor parenting skills with you in the past BUT... given the circumstances, he is so happy to see you. ]
Perhaps you can shed some light on Papa, ouais? You can start with telling me where I am at and how did I get here, s'il tu plaît--!

[Pausing a bit, he offered a sort of embarrassed smile.] We're in Somarium. It's... a bit hard to explain as it's not really anywhere that we know. It's, ah, a dream world, so to say. If America was here, he'd be claiming alien abductions... which is sort of the best way to describe it. We're all here by accident, though, as the world drew us in.
[So... he sounded completely nuts. But he really did promise he was telling the truth and not following a family tradition of living in fairy tales.]
