*Today is gonna be the day. The day he took out those stupid scarecrows for good!

But as the bear walks towards the group of them, he notices that they were acting beary strangely. It takes a moment or two to realize why exactly.*

Ahh!?!

*Healing magic engulfed Touma's entire being. However, with a loud BAM noise, the magic dispersed like midnight fog. Imagine Breaker had indiscriminately negated the spell.*

Was that.... magic? *He said this in surprise. The spell failed, but at least Touma looked a little more focused.*

And this would be a random guy dressed up in a bartender outfit for some reason standing over the kid, peering down at him over the top of his sunglasses. At first Shizuo had thought the kid was dead, but hearing those words...well it was some bit of relief.

"Hey. You all right?"

Maybe he should just sling him over his shoulder and take him to the nearby clinic.
