By the time Lelouch arrived, Muraki was washing his hands after tending to some of the natives and their injuries. Fortunately, they seemed to trust him a little more than the others brought her involuntarily and they kept him working steadily. He still had a paper towel in his hand when he walked into the waiting room and smiled down at the unexpected guest. Lelouch hadn't expressed any interest in dropping by before, but he was hardly one to object to finally meeting someone he had an interest in personally.
"It's not interrupting. In fact, you have good timing because I recently finished tending to a patient."

His eyes quickly scanned the room, taking in every minute detail, before moving to the tall man (roughly the same height as Schneizel, he guessed) in front of him. Unfortunately for Muraki, Lelouch wasn't one of the natives and, therefore, didn't trust the man at all. Fortunately for Lelouch, however, he was a brilliant liar and Muraki would never know about any of his suspicions or his complete lack of trust. It worried him, at times, meeting new people. He could never be assured of his safety and the only weapon he had in Somarium was his Geass. He didn't have an army at his beck and call, ready to defend him at the drop of a hat.
With a smile on his face, Lelouch extended a hand, "It's a pleasure finally meeting you in person."

The clinic itself didn't stand out in any real way, aside from the dolls he used as decoration. Muraki kept all of his space relatively simple; it made everything easier to clean or otherwise care for without employees to do it for him.
He shook the offered hand and bowed a little as well. "Indeed it is. The Dreamberries make interaction strange -- I prefer getting to meet people this way whenever I can."
