[The cuts and lacerations all over Lloyd may not have been the worst of his injuries, but the blood loss is taking it's toll, especially with whatever internal damage he may have suffered. He blinks slowly, and it's a struggle to do even that. Blood from a gash on his forehead threatens to trickle into his eye, but somehow, somehow, he manages an exhausted, unfocused glare. He just wishes he could move his body.

It hurts.

He's too tired.

I don't want it... to end like this...

[He was about to aim his wand at Lloyd when he heard the approach--his head snapping in the direction of the intruder. Eyes widen, not in fright, but in surprise and anger, memories of those angels he had slaughtered for a near month straight flood back to him. The sounds they made, the sound of those wings, their shadows casting over him, the sheer hostility that hung over the entire land like a fog so dense you could cut it; all of it he remembers, and it only fuels his anger over the situation ( ... )
