Sam had spent some time roaming around Espoir, and just getting his bearings again after falling asleep for a long period of time. Walking was also a good form of cardio so he could keep his exercising up and keep himself fit as a fiddle. He refused to gain weight, having a bit of an eating disorder will do that to a guy.

Looking at his device, and not really where he was going, he accidentally bumped into something, or someone. Looking up, he saw a girl, who seemed very pretty but also quite lost. Offering her a soft smile, the blonde looked at her,

"I.. I'm sorry. I should have been paying more attention. I'm Sam, by the way. Sam Evans. It's nice to meet you miss..." he was shy, but felt introducing himself would be courteous.

Bela was beginning to get a little bit frustrated as time went on. She didn't even notice the blonde guy coming towards her when he bumped into her. Thankfully, it wasn't a hard bump and Bela remained steady on her feet.

Rubbing at her forehead, Bela glanced up at him, ready to tell him off for not looking where he was going when she heard what he had to say. At least he apologised.

She offered him a smile in return. "It's okay, no harm done. Nice to meet you, Sam. I'm Bela. Bela Talbot."

Feeling terrible for having bumped her, he was worried he had made a terrible first impression. Loving to make new friends, he was definitely going to try and prove to her that he wasn't a jerk.

Trying not to look into her eyes, but failing miserably, he nodded, "Kaltxi, Bela. That's a very pretty name." blushing a bit, his nerdy side showing through already.

A flicker of confusion crossed her face. "Kaltxi? What does that mean?" Though she did appreciate him thinking that her name was pretty. "Thanks for saying that by the way."

Her smile grew a little warmer. After all, she had to make some friends here if she was going to survive in this place. Bela was determined to get to know people.
