A quick update before survivor comes on...

• I'm doing good, been sick for a few days.  There is a cold traveling around and eveyrone is getting it. 
• Courtney is not sleeping through the night anymore.
• I had a pumpkin bagel with cream cheese this morning, omg heaven.  I might have to do it again tomorrow am, and top it off with a pumpkin spice latte.  Yay for pumpkin.

They've not started Survivor here yet, next week I think, I hate it when they delay it, hard to keep spoiler free!
