Kind of late with no pretty participants line-up (been kind of busy, RL stuff), but I'm here to tell everyone that Round 4 Sign Up has been closed! Thank you so much for your interest ~ the themes will be posted within approximately 1~2 days. Until then! :D

The participant list will be added and posted with appropriate background, don't worry.

About otp, I'm not sure. I've been handling solo alone so it's kind of hard, especially with RL being hectic in general. I managed to contact An the other day, and she said she's currently preoccupied with her studies, so...
I'll speak with the other mods later. It's just that everyone seems extremely busy lately >.>

*Ahem* Sorry to butt in, but about that. We'll probably need to take at least a quick hiatus because life will probably be a little unstable in the next few weeks and I have a backlog of unfinished banners and other graphics that I want to get in order (or at least some of it) before a new round. I may be able to post voting tomorrow though, if that's ok with you.

I can make an official post now if you're ok with that.

Ahh yes I did, I saw, and it's perfectly fine. Everyone can change their claim so long as the themes haven't been posted. Same old rules.
