Hurtling down the wide corridor she began flying faster and faster towards the sounds. She loved going fast and with no trees around, she could fly as fast as she wanted. Now appearing as little more than a flash of white light, she burst into the room giggling wildly. Spinning, she dodged flying glass and flew a couple circles around each figure before finally halting between them. Slightly above eye level she turned one way, then the other, greeting each giant sprite with a cheerful, “Hi!”

Sam jumped out from the vines and yelled "Get out of here, little fairy girl! Demon Dame is on a rampage and it's too dangerous here." He ran past her to protect her from Demon Dame, totally ignoring the fact that Fairy Girl had just flown in faster than either he or the demoness had been moving.

Arshan interrupted her playful triad by appearing next to her and waving cheerfully at the excited little winged girl and replying with a happy "Hi!" of his own, sounding odd in his hollow and echoing voice. Mara glared at him for a moment, crossing her arms. Damn cleric, ruining her fun.

Becoming careless in her excitement, she was approaching too fast to stop in time and began to tumble in the air, caused by her belated attempt to slow down. Expecting to hit his chest with a thump, she was suitably surprised as she passed right through his see-through form. Managing to right herself before splattering on the wall, she let out an impressed “Oooohh!” before flying around to greet him, face to face.
“Hi! My name Ni’ci. Who you? Why you see-through? Can you show Ni’ci how to do that? You play with chicken-man and grumpy lady? Can Ni‘ci play too? Why is you all so big?”

What kind of supervillain was she? She latched onto the name he had given her and wouldn't let go! Meanwhile the local damsel in distress seemed to be totally clueless. And what was with the ghostly sidekick? Villains had minions, assistants, even partners, but this one seemed to definitely be a hapless sidekick type, making nice with Fairy Girl, um, Ni'ci, that was the name. This was definitely spiraling out of control.
He couldn't run, not with the civilian innocent in the battle space still. No other choice...
Sam moved with a surprising grace and did a flying kick at Mara's head, but remaining intangible and going right through the demoness. He landed, then threw a backwards kick to the middle of her back as he flicked solid just long enough for the blow to land. "That that, Triple D!" He flipped back to see what effect his attack had on the villainess.
