Things were looking up a bit more when she staggered finally out into the harsh red light. She was on the street now, outside of the hospital, thank God. She was hearing things in there, things she was convinced would eat her if she stayed still.

Throughout the little trip through through the Hospital, the thing around her neck beeped on occasion, but she had no desire to stop and examine the device to see what was going on. Only now, where she felt any semblance of safety, out in the open, did she stop to look. And she didn't have the patience to figure it out.

So there was a brief scan of the horizon and she spotted... smoke? That could either be a sign of intelligence or something very bad. But she was getting... disturbed, while she was alone. It was better than nothing. The excursion through the hospital had put her in a very skittish mood and hoped that some was in this forsaken place.

So, she started at a joggers pace and headed towards smoke. And there was the hope that she wouldn't have to run the other way when she got

Draca... why are you crying?

Because... I'm sorry.

Why? What do you have to be sorry for?

I messed up. I'm so sorry, Tigra. I'm so so sorry...

Draca... wait... what are you talking about? What do you mean messed up? Draca! KOTO!A strangled scream ripped from the young girl's throat, echoing off the stone walls that surrounded her. Eyes wide and open in panic, she saw a disturbingly sanguine sky above, the color of blood and death. She bolted instantly to her feet, scrambling back until she hit a wall, then stumbling away from that with a cry until her boot-clad feet tripped over uneven ground. She landed with a painful grunt, chest heaving and a sweat broken out on her brow. A hand went to the familiar cool ivory of her sword, fingers clutching it so tight her knuckles went white. A courtyard, but a ruined one, the building that encompassed it tall and wide, looking vaguely of a medical facility. All plant life in the area was either dead looking, or oddly colored ( ... )

Toy nearly jumped out of skin, staggered and landed on the pavement. Her knees were skinned up and was hissing and swearing to herself from the stinging pain. She pushed herself up and turned around to see a girl behind her. It was another person and Toy's heart skipped a beat. The voice she heard, she could tell, was female and came back the other way then. She had gotten a good distance from the hospital when she had tripped ( ... )

The girl approached, surprising Ahime a bit to see some one genuinely Asian in that world... place.. whatever it was. She spoke in English, though, serving to continue the confusion as to just what the hell was going on.

The look Ahime received was to be expected, given that she was still transformed and probably looked to this girl like she just stepped out of an anime convention. Still, she didn't feel like reverting, or explaining that much.

"I... really don't know. I just woke up and came out of the hospital back there. I saw foot prints - yours, I'm assuming - and followed them to the door," she answered, scratching a dirty hand in to her hair, other arm shifting the bag on her shoulder.

"I'm... er... well my name is Ahime. Or Tigra. Call me what you want, I suppose here it doesn't matter. Did you know of some place to go, or are you just as confused about all this as I am?"

Toy had held out the small hope that this girl knew what was going on, but the last thing to come out of her mouth crushed that and she just let out a sigh. "I have no idea what's going on. As far as I can tell, we've landed in Hell." She had raised her voice to yell the last phrase at nothing in particularly. Her voice reverberated off the buildings and she fully expected something to happen, but was even more perturbed when nothing did.

She finally took a more relaxed stance though and sighed as she looked up at the hospital for a brief moment, put off again by the eerie feeling coming off it. She just sighed and then walked up to Ahime and held her hand out, "Only fair you know my name, I'm Toyota, it's easier to call me Toy though."
