Obviously, he may have asked her to come to see him, but he honestly plans on trying to convince her to go on the broom with him. It would be to celebrate his birthday. He closes the journal and stands in the lounge with broom in hand.
He turns when he sees her.]

Thank you again for the broom. [Harry's smiling. He has not been on one... since he arrived, didn't think he'd get the chance to ever again.] But you realize it would hardly be a momentous occasion if I was the only one giving it its first test drive.
