Hi! I just wanted to let you know how happy you made by continuing this story! I usually avoid reading unfinished stories, but I couldn't help rereading the "Cairo" part again and again although I thought you had abandoned it. You absolutely made my day when you posted the next two chapters!! I love them even more than the Cairo chapter! THANK YOU!!!

Thanks for the encouragement! I can't believe it's been over a year since the Cairo bit. Time moves so fast :( So pleased to hear you're enjoying the story!

I am so supposed to be asleep right now. And the Then chapter is gorgeous, especially the last section because it's so lajdfkngadlkjfngakjdnfgakjnd the way that there are parts of Kame's character that aren't essentially attractive but since it's Kame they're somehow still lovely. Sucks for Jin he's so hung up on someone who is just as self-absorbed as he is. And still the difference between the two of them are so evident in that moment. And if this does not make sense it's because I'm.... really supposed to be asleep right now. But you know - sleep versus akame. I'm sure you know the answer to that one.

there's something really murakami about this. as in haruki, not shingo.

Thank you. I'll take this as a compliment since The Wind-up Bird Chronicle is sitting on my bookshelf and I like Haruki Murakami. Though Shingo isn't that bad either :P
