Weightloss spell

Does anyone know of a great verbal spell for weightloss? I am trying to lose weight and am dieting correctly and exercising and drinking lots of water. I'm just looking for a weightloss helper spell. If anyone knows of one, please do share! Thanks, Namaste and Blessed Be!

It is not Wiccan, but I have been working with Sanskrit mantras to work on this stuff with success. The book Healing Mantras by Thomas Ashley Farrand contains everything you need to get started. It's not a quick fix. You will have to commit to a minimum of a 40 day practice.

Also, if you have not already, I would suggest purchasing a food scale. It has been an eye-opening experience to own one.
