My neighbors were getting rid of a bunch of their books the other day and said I could have any that I wanted. I found a book of poems ("Come Hither") and have been reading through it since then. I found a poem you all might enjoy since the moon is ya know, quite important in Paganism/Wicca :)

Look how the pale Queen of the silent night
Doth cause

Hehe yea, the author of the poem is Charles Best but the book I found it in is a collection of poems by various authors. I believe it was put together my Walter de la Mare and the book itself is called Come Hither :)

This sounds like it should be in a pagan poetry anthology.

Funny how the things we're meant to have tend to fall in our laps, if only we let them. The same way as how teachers will appear when we're ready for them.

Ya know, speaking of a pagan poetry anthology. I had actually had the idea pop into my head to create one. Although I have NO idea how to go about doing so...

It's be real easy to do through LuLu--all you'd need to do is collect the poetry and work out the legal bits with the authors.

A lot of devotionals to specific Gods/Goddesses are published this way.
