Hands and Goosebumps

I dont know how many people this happens to. But today while I was at the book store my hands became really tingly and itchy and then it was like a cold breeze struck me and instant goosebumps. I was looking in a general area of the store. so soon as this happened I tried to pin point what was causing it. But I couldnt seem to get a direct line on

Maybe I'm just weird, but unless it's very concentrated or I'm focusing all of my attention on it, I have a hard time feeling energy on my skin. When I do, it's usually something like having a feather brushed just barely against me. What I usually get instead is a sort of warm pulse at my core, or sometimes a pulling sensation. If it makes me feel cold at the core, I know that an item isn't in my best interests.
