Name: Claire Stanfield/Vino/The Rail Tracer/Felix Walken.

Birthday: October 31st, 1912. (Not canon)
Height: Tall.
Weight: Lean and muscular.
Medical Info: Healthy.
Eyes: Reddish brown.
Hair: Red.
Physical traits: Depending on which "form" you meet him in, he may either be wearing a simple black coat, jacket, and slacks - or perhaps a railroad conductor's uniform - or perhaps covered in blood. When cleaned up, he's a tall young man with short, somewhat curly red hair and eyes.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Anything. I mean that.
Abilities: oh boy oh boy oh boy
Claire has the unique position of being pretty much completely untouchable and able to do essentially anything because he is just that sure of himself. SINCE I AM INTENDING TO AVOID SHAMELESS GODMODDING, I am going to say that Claire will not do anything to anyone else unless it's out of self-defense (or showing off), or we've worked out something prior.
That having been said, Claire's strength and agility is off the charts. He's not super-human, but he's damn near close to it, and will find ways to outsmart death at every turn. He can also dance a mean Argentinian tango.
Notes for the Psychics/Magically or Spiritually sensitive: Do not look inside. It's a bad idea for everyone involved. Claire is insane. Claire is really insane. The thing that will stick out the most to anyone looking in is that Claire is a solipsist, meaning he genuinely believes that he is the creator of the universe, owns the world, and thus his death would mean the end of it. That doesn't stop him from experiencing sorrow or anger or hardship, but it does mean he believes it is his right as the creator to enact vengeance as he sees fit for any transgressions made by the people living in "his world".

Special note for vampire-types! Claire regularly goes on homicidal rampages and gets himself soaked from head to toe in blood, like he bathes in it. It's probably not recognizable to normal humans because he showers very thoroughly and wears cologne to clean himself up, but if your nose is sensitive to blood, you will definitely smell it on him.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Talk to meeeeeeeeeeeee.
Hugging/kissing/other non-violent physical contact: SURE 8D But no kissing, Claire is a faithful boyfriend to Chane. :|b
Maim/Murder/Death: Not happening. If you're someone Claire really, really respects, he may allow you to lay a scratch on him. Otherwise, you're not that good. Sorry. :(

Other: I mentioned in Claire's app that I'm playing him from the dub. The reason I put that there was so as not to confuse voters who have only seen the sub, since the way I write his voice will sound a bit different.
With regards to the Baccano! dub, there's more or less no difference to characterization or plot, but the characters are given period-relevant accents. The Gandors and Dallas' crew have a variety of New York-based accents, Jacuzzi's crew all have Chicago accents, and Claire has a Boston accent. I feel this addition is a more authentic reflection of the canon, and that's why I chose it. Ultimately it just means that Claire will have different speech patterns, not different characterization.
