What kind of kindle? I have a Kindle Touch and I love it. Mostly I read a lot of free books on it, but I actually paid for a book recently and ...it's still a book. :3 I liked it. I wish there was a program to donate or trade in or something your old books and get the kindle edition, but...yeah right, you know?
I dunno about the Fire and all those tablet-like ones. I like the e-Ink display on the old-school ones (if the Touch counts as old school?). It's surprisingly pleasant for reading. It took me a couple of Holmes short stories (one or two) to get used to the page transition, but now I don't even notice it. It was totally worth it. My mom has one of the older click-a-real-button-to-change-pages ones and I prefer the Touch to the Buttons. it's a little more sensitive than some touchscreens, but it responds to cotton swabs! (In case your fingers are too grimy to change pages? I dunno.)

I was thinking of a run-of-the-mill regular Kindle. I actually resent touch screens *lol* (I mean, I sort of got used to the touch screen of my new cell phone which isn't that new anymore but I can't say I'm thrilled about it) but if you say it's better, I might think about shelling out the extra euros. What about if you don't read? I mean, does the touch screen switch itself off or does it have a lock screen like a phone? Because if it reacts to cotton swabs it might react to other things in an average handbag? (yes, I'm totally clueless and, well, I live out in the sticks among people who have been using the same cell phone ever since they first got it in 1995 - no one I know around here has one. I suspect most of my co-workers and the top-boss don't even know e-readers exist...)

The Friend Zone Ending Syndrome has plagued every otoge adaption since HaruToki season 1 ;_;. I really don't get it. I mean, do they seriously think that fangirls will refuse watching it because it might not their bishie of choice who's getting the heroine? Only Hakouki went a definite route and, hey, I like Okita but I didn't mind that they took the Hijikata-route and fangirls around the world apparently didn't have a problem with it either. I hope they give Amnesia a proper ending.
I just also read that they want to animate Brothers Conflict! Looks like they found themselves another formula *lol* (but, seriously, why on earth won't they animate Wand of Fortune?! Sure, they'd be a bit late to cash into the Harry Potter craze but at least they could create a great story, even if it ended in the Friends Zone! Even Deen would have trouble botching that one)

IDK man, I guess it's because we're non-japanese otoge fans, we dont really care which route they animate, AS LONG THEY ANIMATE A ROUTE PROPERLY. Maybe the jpn fans will pull a tantrum if they dont see their fave get the girl ( ... )
