Jingle Bells...

Nov 24, 2006 16:07

Nah, not dead yet. I was just busy because, contrary to popular belief, I actually have to do something for school (which is technically a college). So I usually spend more and more of my internet time on translations and research.

Blue LEDs are the hardest thing to find, I swear!. )

...blue LEDs? That's seriously weird.

And this year will probably the first year where my parents actually *go through* with the not-buying-a-tree thing... for obvious reasons. They have to burn their house down to finally be smart. Typical *snerk*

No, it's not weird! It's stylish! I'll show you all! *shakes fist*

Well, they could still buy one of those dreadful plastic things with built-in lights, either in pink or white. They are not pretty but they should help keeping unwanted friends and/or family away...

Where did you find blue LEDs? Are they like the ones they have at the pharmacy near Marienplatz?
I have already been gazing longingly at those. As every year :)

What do you think about going to the Tollwood festival? I've been looking forward to it for the past couple of months.

No, not exactly (I love them too! Have you been to the Marienplatz Kaufhof lately? On the groundfloor they have those beautiful white trees with the blue lights again *___*). We found them in the Nanunana at the Olympic Shopping Mall (OEZ ^.~). They also had the snowflake-shaped ones.

Sure, let's go! It will start Friday next week, so what about Friday of the first week in December?

I know, I know. Ah, I love those. Sometime I'll ask where they got them from.

So, next Friday you mean? If work continues as it is now (we don't have anything to do but that can change within minutes), I might be able to leave at about one o'clock.

Not only where they got them but maybe if they sell them... XD

Um, no, I meant the Friday of the week after next week because it's the first week and I thought that it might be packed. But on the other hand, if the weather is fine (nice and warm like today ^_^), well, why not? We can still think about it, ne? Because if it rains I rather wouldn't go.

I bought my mother the normal one. She said she liked it and the box made it looking very expensive ^__^.

Wah, that looks very nice! And your mother is right XD. I'll have a closer look and definitely keep it in mind.

Did you try it? Is it good?

No I didn't try it, I don't like pure marzipan.

Oh, I checked their homepage. They also have a shop in Munich. It must be "Westenrieder Str. 6" but they also ship for free.

Oh, NOW I know where that is! It's pretty close to where I get on and off the train every day, I just don't get to that part of the Viktualienmarkt very often. I'll go and have a look at that shop soon, maybe even next week. Thanks ^^
