Whoever had the bright idea to unlock the inventory has my congratulations. Thanks for significantly diminishing what totalitariasm this city has developed; it was a really nice effort. Oh, and bringing us one step closer to potential anarchy and vigilantism was pretty great too.

The fault falls on both sides. Maybe if certain people kept a better eye on the inventory in the first place a gun wouldn't have gotten stolen. Maybe then, they wouldn't have overreacted and locked it up instead of employing stricter measures. Maybe then, other people wouldn't have gotten pissed off and decided to break the lock.
