Okay, this time it's a rather romantic pic, but in the artistic sense, not really the emotional sense.  Or perhaps really it's both?  iono.  What i do know is that this took me over a month to complete! i had "artists' block" if such a thing exists.  It's in the art nouveau style, which for anyone who's unfamiliar with such, is a very complicated ( Read more... )

Beautiful, very nice, clean lines. I love that style, and it's different from anything else I've seen in Saiyuki. :)

Thank you very much!! Yeah, I totally love art nouveau! This is the first time I've tried this style. I wish I had more patience to draw it. perhaps i will do an art nouveau Gaiden pic. :d

lol knock yourself out! i may color it myself sometime down the line, but it would be totally cool if you colored it now. you can do what you like, of course, but the littler flowers around Gojyo are supposed to be red and the big ones are supposed to be sunflowers. i'm flattered you like it enough to want to color it! ♥ it does remind me of a coloring book page though, with all in black and white. heehee
