You shoulda known that I'd be here to comment. XD Like you, I'm doing anything else besides sleeping, though I need to be up in six hours
O_O And I thought I was the only one who did that with books! Ha ha! At least I'm in good company. I also have a tendency to forget where I am when I do it. I get funny looks from the people at BnN quite often.
Your frogs are teh cuteness, by the way! *hearts* See, I just have a spazoid dog and a cat who is utterly convinced she's human. I guess that's enough, though.
I've actually never been tagged before...WHEE ^____^ (this'll be fun to do...but who am I going to tag? not that they'll notice >_>*shrug*)
The smell of books IS interesting, I've noticed...thought actually I think used books are even more interesting, with the marks other readers have left. Must be because I've read mostly books from the library (being a bit reluctant to spend money, eheh). Once I found this utterly adorable little poetry book, that had had it's cover replastered so many times the layers looked like art, and the pages were all soft and yellowed, and for some reason had little splashes of ink and fingerprints on some of them. Oh, and sometimes library books smell like cigarette smoke (yuk), but on this one ONLY the reference section did...I really wanted to never return that book, it was so cute...
What? I always wanted to tell someone about it...and this babble at least fit the subject, at least. ^_^''' (I totally win the weirdness competition, right?)
1. I love the smell of new books, and will crack them open to have a sniff as soon as I get home with them. Those wafer-thin, nearly transparent pages are the best. ♥
6. it does become annoying when you've got an exam or something and you're writing for three straight hours... but for the most part, I think I'm used to having to conform to the ways of the right-handed majority--actually, probably more annoying than the chair thing is the fact that those roller-ball type ink pens? THEY DON'T WORK FOR US. D:<
8. ~^_^~ Ah, thank you. I'm still waiting for the right bribe moment to cave and possibly post the debauched!Sanzo and doujinshi cover pose Sanzo pictures, I suppose...
10. fire and water, actually. XD but I guess Kengo could make ice if he had the extreme discipline necessary to affect the water on a molecular level <-- Kengo? Disciplined?!?! HA Our default icon ::points:: is a character from our manga, as well.
