That said, I would vote for him over Harper any day of the week.
As a die-hard federalist who has lived in Montreal for pretty much my entire existence, that is saying a lot about my hatred of Harper.

Also. I find it amusing that I'm dreading hearing Dion and Duceppe in English more than I was dreading the other three in French. Layton's has the familiar twang of a Montreal anglo speaking French. I chuckled.
