That was the second trial I thought of! And then I found out it was a state trial. Oops.

I swear that the Christmas music was from a movie!!

And I love the Supreme Court case that you chose. It was so interesting. I used it to base a paper off of in my American PoliSci class... 2 years ago.

Having Sarah P. at the bar next to mine last week was enough for me. My mind is pretty much set at this point, and I'm over the politicking.

Plus, living in a "battleground" state is annoying. If I can get any of the Canadian debate, I'll try to watch some. It should be interesting.

Gilles Duceppe is smart, eloquent and a bastard who wants to tear our country apart with his bare hands.

That said, I would vote for him over Harper any day of the week.

As a die-hard federalist who has lived in Montreal for pretty much my entire existence, that is saying a lot about my hatred of Harper.

More flailing, please, Mr. Harper.

btw, all over my riding, on the conservative signs, someone's scribbled:

Also. I find it amusing that I'm dreading hearing Dion and Duceppe in English more than I was dreading the other three in French. Layton's has the familiar twang of a Montreal anglo speaking French. I chuckled.

I approve of the Greens. Though IMO NDP are better (more working-class friendly; the Green's environmental policies are great, but not if you're poor). Yay for voting!! :D

...I need an NDP icon. Though I will take the anti-Harper one for now.
