Can I add this as an ETA to the second FW entry?

Oh my sweet God. I've added this to the entry as well now, but someone's also saying, "By the time Prophecy rolled around, he was telling his audience (at the con) that Jo didn't know her world as well as the fans did and that they owned it now, not her. Oh, and the epilogue sucked, he said." I mean, you've just provided a distinct statement of motive, and vorpal_blade has provided a statement of--of--I don't even know what. Complete disdain for copyright? How do you even get up in front of a crowd and say that out loud? OH MY GOD.

I used to visit the HP Lexicon all the time for reference when I was working on my HP fics. But now, reading about this...that site will no longer get any hits from me. Doesn't he know that presumption will get you absolutely nowhere? Idiot.

You know, I was linked to this post from...more than one place, one of which wa that big FW entry. I have to say, Steve and his publishers are digging that hole mighty fast, aren't they?

Also, good luck with NaNo!

I thought the wank might die down very slightly once DH was released, but it's good to see that the HP fandom just keeps on going! It makes me feel slightly happier about the general state of humanity. ^.^

Nice work! You know, seeing you and a few of my other flisters talking about NaNo, I might have to try it next year...

Yes, you can always count of HP fandom to be wanky! ;)

Thank you! Yes, you really have to try it. I plan to try my hand at a fiction story one of these years. THAT will be interesting.
