Xander? Not remotely nervous. Why would he be? Not like he's meeting somebody he hasn't known since they were too short to reach the bottom cupboard, let alone the top

Bridge is totally not nervous either. Really. *He's* only meeting someone whose only previous communication with him was a threat involving shovels.

Willow blinked. "Oookay..." She headed for the counter, and returned shortly with three cups, which she placed on the table. "Warm chocolatey goodness."

She plopped herself down into a chair. "So, Satan's Chihuahua? Did you actually meet Satan, or did he not care so much about getting his dog back?"

"Nah, 'cause it was John, just turned into a fully-detailed replica of Satan's Chihuahua. So no, nobody came from Hell to claim him."

"Awww. Because you know those dogcatchers from Hell are always a barrel of laughs." She smiled at him. Because he was Xander and he got it. "Were you very disappointed?"

"I was, but the knowledge that John escaped their fearful clutches made up for not getting to see them in action."
