If you roll the dough into a log, you can then slice it, and it's a lot easier than rolling out the dough thinly and cutting with a pastry cutter. Go easy on the rosewater; too much or too strong and the cakes can end up tasting like hand lotion. ;-)
Go simple. Beads. A strand of gorgeous beads. Go to Michaels (I love thier unique bead selection) and just put together a strand of beautiful beads. Less time and no worries of transport and spoiling and cutting...yeah.
