Poor Rose, I could just feel how mortified she was that she'd blurted that out! But I really loved the way the Doctor responded in a calm, mature manner (not that I don't love when he acts like he's got the maturity level of a teenager but it's also nice to see him use some of the experience his 900-some years has to have given him ;) ).

“What do you mean, even me? How do you know I do? I might not.” Suddenly she felt indignant. “Have you been spying on me?”

The Doctor stood up and stifled a snort. “Rose Tyler, talk about the pot calling the kettle black!”

Heeee, I could so hear them saying those lines, lol! ;) Really fantastic job on capturing both of their voices. Am so looking forward to more! ♥!

I tried to think back to when I was nineteen many years ago and I would have been mortified at the thought of being caught doing something like that and I certainly wouldn't have known what to do if I had caught someone else doing it, especially if there had been a mutual attraction going.

Oh, you just had to draw it out, didn't you? I'm dying, but it's a good death. The dialogue in this chapter was just great. I'm looking forward to more with bated breath!

Sweet, found you again. This was such a great scene. A nice interlude, a bit of a taunt, and shows off how brilliantly you can slip into the characters and set good solid scenes. Okay, and possibly torment readers with inopportune chapter endings ;)

I have to tell you that you can turn a really lousy day around spectacularly quickly. It doen't even take a full page. Your stories are like valium for nine lovers. I think I'm going to swing by here after work rather like the bar...

I have to say I am really, really, shocked (in a nice way) at the level of response to this fic. I never expected it to have this much impact in a million years! There have been something like 50 or so reviews so far in just 3 chapters, I have never had a response like it!

So, thank you everyone for making a Nine/Rose shipper very happy that there are still people out there wanting this sort of thing!

Oh god always. I finally got the money to buy all the seasons and finished catching up by decided more than ever that I wanted more nine. So many thanks for being a great place to get a fix. (Plus, since I'm late to this fandom it's nice to see new fics.)
