Drabble series: lord of the dance; Possibilities

A/N: A couple of months ago I wrote a series of drabbles, they were titled Dance, Expression, Communion and Bereft. They formed a missing scene at the end of The Doctor Dances and were of Jack's POV. I've wrote four more drabbles tonight, of the same scene from Nine's point of view.

Possibilities.
She's laughing as he twirls her. Her face is a picture of delight and he is loving it. Making her happy has become therapy for him. Seeing the wonder in her eyes as she glimpses the beauty of the universe fills him with joy. But this, this dancing, this is happiness shared and he never wants it to end.
He sees Jack, standing against a column, watching them dance. Then he realises, its him she is dancing with, its him making her smile. Not Jack.
His hearts leap at the possibilities previously denied, and it's fantastic.
