You can fuck with a lot of people, but now you're fucking with Disney? You're taking away Disney fandom and Marvel fandom's ability to order their movies? You're going to take on Captain America's fandom? That... is probably not a good idea.

Warner was one thing. Hatchette was another.

But really, I'm just talking strategy. As you note, in this case, fans don't care which corporation is "at fault" in some higher sense, I don't think - but they do care about people getting between them and their shinies.

And Disney/Marvel have a lot of shinies.
