[There's a pause in her laughter but little delay between her scooping the chocobo's basket in her arms and her opening the door to greet the long-haired general with the brightest smile she's shown him yet. The chocobo goes silent, unsure of what is going on, but once Lenalee speaks, it chirps along with her voice.]

General! You're here! Please, come in. Sorry if it feels cramped in here. The ceiling of this house isn't too high.

[ Good lord, she is a happy girl. He's a bit surprised when he first sees her response and goes to smile himself (contagious as it was), but quickly halts himself for pleasant eyes alone. He's not floating away again, gd it. ... A smooth chuckle accompanies both her voice and the chick's sounds. ]

[ Pause. ... He's not exactly used to entertaining ladies, let alone being entertained by them. To the left, the coffee and mint-colored living room; ahead a decorated door to her shut bedroom; beside it, the patched-up staircase leading to the second floor and her roommates' bedrooms; and to the right, the green-tiled kitchen to which she would lead him for a lovingly made meal.
