(I did an internship in Korea and I think you're using the honorifics properly! I am not going to pretend to be an expert tho omg hahah. The employees in my office rarely used -ssi, they kind of just called each other their roles, with their last names tacked on the front? Which got confusing bc most were called Kim haha. But I think -ssi works best here because lbr as if the higher level bosses would know every single employee's role hahah.)

and wow thank you that's v helpful !! i remember reading that adding -ssi to someone's last name could be rude and make it seem like the speaker considers the person lower than them and at first i was like 'yikes', but then i realized i guess that's...accurate in this situation?? since kyungsoo is minho's subordinate?? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ but forreal tho ty for this! it makes me less worried bahah
