I have now finished all of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.

7 seasons. 173 episodes. I started watching this back in March 2009, and I am so sad to see it finally end. No more?? I want more! I really enjoyed this show SO MUCH, and will greatly miss all these wonderful characters. I never watched like season 6 and on, and when I heard what happened with Jadzia, I didn't really want to. But now you make me want to watch the end.

There was a lot of great stuff in season 6 & 7, especially the political/war episodes having to do with Cardassia. I'm sad about Jadzia, but other than that I give it thumbs up.

Kira's arc is one of the best narratives I've seen for any character on any long-running TV show. My favourite bit with her from the final few episodes is when Damar's on the streets, speechifying to incite Cardassian civilians to act against the Dominion, and Kira's watching, shrouded in a cloak, standing in the shadows. The very *image* of that gets me every time I think about it.

Garak is my favourite DS9 character. I'm so glad he lived. :)

Yes! That was a great shot. I remember exactly the moment you mean. I really loved all the scenes of her with the budding Cardassian resistance & uprising. So amazing.

If Garak had died, I would have been VERY UPSET indeed.

Yay vids! I've had "Good in My Head" bookmarked for a while, and the very first thing I did was go over to my computer & watch it. Now I need to rec it because OMG SO GOOD.
