As expected no answers were given in the finale (or only a few) which is really disappointing but Lost wouldn't be Lost if everything was explained clearly. One of the craziest shows I've watched and the first 2 seasons were amazing.

Yeah Walt, Michael, Eko and Rose weren't in the church. I'm seeing a pattern lol.

They showed Rose & Bernard in the church when everyone sat down in the pews, but otherwise yeah. Michael & Walt DEFINITELY should have been there and weren't. I was pretty disappointed by their absence.

I think the same as you, the AU was the part of afterlife they spent waiting for each other, the island was real.

I think some people weren't in the church because they weren't ready to move on yet, they haven't made their peace with life. The rest of them did.
