If memory serves (perhaps I'm wrong) you sent in an application to join khabs_am_pekht. I let this get lost in the shuffle altogether, but you're not missing anything -- the group never quite had "critical mass" to get started (its founding members were a very serious Golden Dawn-er, a Wiccan-turned-Thelemite, an Asatru practitioner who was also interested in the Golden Dawn, and a contemplation-oriented more-or-less Neoplatonist), and it just kind of fizzled (I'm rather ashamed I didn't try harder to keep it going). My apologies for having let this slide -- if you're still interested, I'd be happy to add you to the list, but nothing is, or has been, happening (alas!).

I see badbrad took care of it for you (in case you're curious, he was the founding member I characterized as the "very serious Golden Dawn-er," whereas I am the "contemplation-oriented more-or-less Neoplatonist").

Hi!
I took my OTO Minerval so long ago I don't even remember the year anymore! I took my next OTO degree many years later & I recommend you do the same... there is no need to rush. Meditation is a great tool! For most of the last five years (except for the year I lived in NY) I have lived in a Zen Temple in LA. The LBRP & the Star Ruby are good basic rites! My OTO group in Chicago (Aum.Ha Camp) use to give classes on them.
