Maybe she should consider getting a safer job. Except there were a couple problems with that idea. One, she loved her job. Two, it wasn’t always like this. Just recently it had been. And thirdly, how was Gibbs going to be able to handle Tony AND McGee without her.

*huge grin* Ahh, Kate. Something about this line just makes me grin, as does the fact that they keep getting interrupted. I'm weird like that XD

Heh. Yeah, Kate is getting kinda frustrated with that. But At least they get some time alone together as I don't think TOny's going to be allowed before Saturday morning.

They do! And probably a week alone. They aren't going to get that for awhile.

Although I'm still debating whether Kate & Tony will cave to parental pressure and get married or not. If they do, they'll get the Honeymoon.

Tony's house is based on one I saw in Maryland. It was really nice.

The house is nice.

I think, after thinking it over, that Kate & Tony will not be getting married at this time.

Besides the fact I just watched Tony basically say he will never get married.

I had this theory a few months ago when the whole Tony/Jeanne thing was going on in Season 4. I estimated T-Man to be 35, and if he had wanted to settle down he would have, but he didn’t because he enjoys the game too much. He knows the rules of the game and it suits him. He does have the capability and mentality to settle down, it’s just that he hasn’t exactly found the right woman. The second he finds that woman that he wants to spend the rest of his life with, and would do anything for, I'd say yeah - Tony would get married.

And there is also my parallels theory. Especially in season 3, people keep pointing out that Tony is alot like Gibbs was 10 years ago. And considering Gibbs has been married 4 times, and he's an influence on Tony's life I can see Tony getting married. But it would take someone extra special. like kate. Like Shannon was for Gibbs.

And there lies this : He had a chance with Kate, that was obvious (and it would take me forever laying down the specifics, as you know :D), and there was still a spark between him and Paula, but Kate, ultimately, was the leading lady in the Anthony D. DiNozzo marriage sequence. They talked about kids!

They did! Although I can't remember if he said he couldn't see himself with kids, or he didn't want kids. I think it was the former

I think at the time, he was afraid of the responsibilty that came along with kids, but he's grown up now and I can see him with kids.

So he never said he didn't want any.

I actually had this scene pass through my head that Kat grew up to be an NCIS agent, and she goes undercover with a GPS locator and all that and Tony teasing Kate about what she said in that episode.
