I'm so full of epic fail. Not only did I totally forget to do an intro post, I then posted it in the wrong place. Hahaha, my apologies~

If you were to ship Sokka, who would he pimp to and why? Anyone and everyone because they should all know about him and his amazing boomerang~

Yakitate! Japan fan here! Hardly anyone knows about that manga/anime. It's like crack, but good tasting crack. Have you tried any of the recipes in the manga/show? I personally like Japan #2, the little round rolls, that you can raise in the microwave. My favorite characters there are Kawachi and Kai. Hehehe, nothing like a samurai who bakes bread.

Ahahahahaa, your icon made me rofl. As soon as I heard that it was a series about baking I got all excited, 'cause I'm a baker. I haven't seen the anime yet though, I've just been collecting the manga (I want volume five to come out D: ), but I love it oh so much!

It's like, amazing crack. My friend and I have been planning on making Japan #2 as well since her step-mom has a rice cooker~

I've been a Miyazaki movie fan since age 5, Totoro was the greatest thing I had ever seen at that age XD

Hum, my icon will not make sense till about vol 8-10 or so, but I so rarely get to use it, so I grace you with it now.

Hum, maybe my recipe was for Japan #3 then....eh it's the one you can do in the microwave, which you haven't gotten to yet in the manga. Ohh, I tried the singing bread once, well it didn't sing though. There's a LJ community for Y! Japan too, it's pretty slow, but again, the series just isn't popular enough I guess.

Um so avatar_fans is listing us as an affiliate, because I went over there to check, and I didn't see us listed anywhere. So, I'm curious where they have us.

Ahahaha, omg, I can't wait to get to that then XDDD I need to get me some Yakitate!! icons lol.

I want to try and make the melon bread, it looks/sounds so yummy!!

I wish this series was more popular. I'm getting all my friends into it though, they've been borrowing my manga for like weeks cause everytime someone finishes reading it someone else wants too.

I wasn't sure about affiliation, but I remember how someone made a post about this comm in there and thats how I joined up.

Without a doubt, Kaze no Tani no Nausicaa is my favorite of his movies. It is also my favorite manga of all time as well.
