Thanks! It all came at me really quick, for some reason, which was quite nice because I'm usually wracking my head for ideas that work. To be honest, I'm a little intruiged by the characters, too - this probably sounds insane, but as of now, they're still strangers to me... :o

I've realized lately I tend to do mysterious without even trying to, hmmm. Thanks a lot for reviewing! ♥

Yessssss. *pumps fist in the air* I'm really happy to hear that from you - from a writing point of view, I have a really high opinion of... your opinion? (That sounds odd, doesn't it?) But it's true :p

You don't post enough of your writing, but from what I've seen of your poetry, and of your general dedication to the craft... I'm quite inspired!

You know what would be great? If someday you turned this into a novel. I absolutely loved reading this short piece of work. It's concise and yet so full of emotion and intrigue. I love your characters and I would love to know more about each of their backgrounds. I'm curious: did anything in particular inspire you to write this or did it slowly/quickly manifest itself in your head? Whatever the answer, great work!

That would be fun - hard and seemingly impossible from where I'm standing right now, but definitely fun. And thanks so much for the lovely compliments!

It was actually an image that popped into my head, of a young boy sitting underneath a tree, looking out onto the horizon. I guess everything else just snowballed from there - I wondered what he might be dreaming about, and I started to form his character, and the rest came along afterwards...

Fascinating. I'd like that part of my imagination to return, haha. It's very rusty.

Mine comes and goes - the trick is not to ignore it! :)

♥♥♥

As you can tell, I am still really iffy on the romantic pairings. I think I've shipped everybody with everybody else by this point, haha :( I can't decide how I want this to go...
