I think the photoshop file for colour printing and the outline in eps to cut from is the best option as it ensures the best colours for the print and makes sure that the outlines don't go weird.
Considering how much mass produced band tshirts go for, you can tag on quite a bit more than "a couple of quids" for a unique design and people will still buy it because your quality is great. I've worn my Octaine shirt loads of times (and even put it through the tumble dryer once by accident) and it's still as new.
